Cancellation/ Amendment policy

On chairing excursions: Prices include VAT 7% and Full Insurance. Full payment necessary prior departure Child rate between 6 to 12 years old include and free for the infant. The Company reserves all rights to change the itinerary depending of the weather conditions. Cancelations buy the customer, less than 24h before excursion departure, are subject to a 100% charge of the total amont. Cancelations buy the customer, less than 48h before excursion departure, are subject to a 50% charge of the total amont. Cancellation by the company Chantara Junk Boat Co.,Ltc., in case of bad weather or technical problem of the boat, and we can’t change the date according with the customer will be 100% refund.

Private charter: Deposit 30% of the total amont is required to confirm the booking. The deposit will not be refund if the customer cancel the cruise less than 1 month before the trip. Chantara Junk Boat Co.,Ltd. will refund the deposit in case of bad weather or technical problem of the boat and we can’t change the day at the last minute.
